As retailers and restaurants begin to reopen their doors to visitors, brand-new businesses are finding their way to Halcyon’s diverse mixed-use development this summer. While these new spaces open, Halcyon continues to keep its guests, employees and tenets in mind by taking precautionary health and safety measures.
New Halcyons storefronts coming soon include:
Clean Your Dirty Face – Focused on efficiency, effectiveness, and education, Clean Your Dirty Face is a studio offering personalized, professional skincare facials within a fun, hip and friendly setting.
CT Al Pastor – the popular CT Cantina Taqueria is expanding into Halcyon’s Market Hall with a new quick-service concept this July. The new storefront will serve a curated menu of Mexican-style tacos and bowls, as well as imported beers, CT’s popular margaritas on the rocks and frozen cocktails including frosé, piña coladas and more.
The Gibson Co. – Voted “Best of Forsyth”, The Gibson Co. offers a large selection of unique gifts and one-of-a-kind creations crafted by local Georgia artists. In addition to the boutique, the Halcyon location will also offer interior design services.
Holmes Slice – Slated to open in July, Holmes Slice is a chef-inspired pizza concept motivated by old-fashioned pizza parlors found in Naples, Italy and New York. Served from an open-scratch kitchen that guests can view into, each pizza is handcrafted with made-from-scratch dough and locally sourced produce in a custom, wood-burning oven.
Joey Pilates/Cardio – Specializing in reformer Pilates and dance-based cardio, Joey Pilates/Cardio offers a different kind of fitness experience with small, boutique classes. Beginning June 29, the studio is offering private and duet Pilates sessions with limited capacity, and group fitness classes will start on July 13, including mat Pilates, reformer Pilates and dance cardio classes.
Never Enough Thyme – Specializing in high-quality, homemade food, this family-owned restaurant serves lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with favorites including chicken salad, pimento cheeseburgers and frosé.
Rise and Wine – Owned by a husband and wife team, Rise and Wine will offer a handpicked selection of wines from across the country, as well as some from local Georgia wineries.
Salata Salad Kitchen – The fast-casual restaurant, Salata at Halcyon, will offer fully customizable, built-to-order salads and wraps, soups, organic teas and lemonades.
Unexpected Pooch – With its grand opening scheduled for August 8, 2020, Unexpected Pooch emulates an upscale French bistro, complete with black-and-white tile and outdoor seating. Pet lovers will enjoy best-in-class food and treats for their furry companions, as well as trendsetting pet accessories.
