Noble Investment Group Principal and Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development Ben Brunt, joins hosts Todd Schnick and Carol Morgan on this week’s edition of Around Atlanta with the Atlanta Real Estate Radio Show.
Ben is the owner of the newly constructed AC Hotel Atlanta Buckhead at Phipps Plaza that will be open soon.
This new hotel will be the first hotel built in Buckhead for seven years and represents a revitalization of not only the Buckhead area, but the city of Atlanta as a whole. Ben said the AC brand was original from Spain and was acquired by Marriot.
This boutique style hotel is intended to cater to business travelers during the week and Atlanta tourists on the weekends.
Because of its European heritage, the AC Atlanta Hotel was designed with a European feel that includes clean lines and crisp colors. However, the public areas of the hotel are all inspired by the local Atlanta area. Ben said the one of the goals of the hotel is to create an authentic experience for guests.
Another unique aspect of the hotel will be its food. Ben said they wanted to stay away from the traditional trough of scrambled eggs and sausage. Instead they worked with chefs to create a unique breakfast experience complete with signature baked croissants, artisan cured meats and freshly roasted coffee.
This hotel also has versatile venue spaces that offer guests hosting business meetings of conferences a great place to work.
