New American Funding Regional Sales Manager Jason Redman joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to discuss unique loan products for military borrowers. Redman joins host Carol Morgan for the All About Real Estate segment.
With 21 years of mortgage experience, Redman’s background also includes working as a police officer with experience as an instructor, dog handler and SWAT officer. Before his time as a civil servant, he served in the Air Force. Now, he works alongside his wife to assist as many customers as possible with mortgages.

Redman, who specializes in VA loans, shared a recent change that provides unlimited borrowing power for primary residences for military borrowers with no previous VA loans. A VA loan, or veteran affairs loan, offers flexible guidelines, standards and loan backing for military borrowers and their families. Adjustable credit guidelines, zero down payment, and no PMI and more create a worry-free homebuying experience.
The newest New American Funding Initiative, Military Heroes Focus, is currently in development. Expected in early 2022, the program provides an easy way for veterans to identify and locate a loan officer. One of the highest-rated lenders in the southeast, this program will allow military borrowers to find New American funding lending officers with a shared experience to create more impactful and successful homebuying experiences.
