John Schwartz, sales manager for Main & Main Realty Group, was recently featured on the Atlanta Real Estate Forum radio show where he talked about the phenomenal new home opportunities available to buyers at Mundy Mill.
John is a 25 year veteran of the industry who was owned his own company as well as worked for several other companies during his time in the home building business. Currently, he is the sales and marketing manager for Main & Main Realty Group, which focuses mainly on new construction residential neighborhoods in the Hall County area.
One of Main & Main’s current projects is the Mundy Mill community. Mundy Mill is located on the southside of Hall County in the Oakwood area. This large mixed-use development will have more than 1,100 homes when complete.
Currently, new homes are being constructed in the Creekside section of this community. Creekside offers affordable homes priced from $139,900 to $155,500. Homes here start from 1,500 square feet and go all the way up to about 1,950 square feet. Buyers can also select any of the existing floor plans that we offer and then further customize them to meet their needs by adding on a bonus room or sunroom or choosing different finishes.
In addition to new homes, Mundy Mill offers amenities including a playground, picnic pavilion area and swimming pool. A section amenity section that will include a second pool with children’s water feature, fitness center and sports courts is also in the works.
