Morris and Raper Real Estate ConsultantsThis week, we sat down with Tracy Taylor, one of our experienced on-site agents at Symphony Homes’ newest Cobb County community, Mountain Park, to learn more about her and the community.

Tracy Taylor first became interested in real estate when she owned a Network/PC recruiting, consulting and support company in the late 1990s; one of her clients was a local Atlanta builder whom she wrote a couple of sales, construction and warranty tracking databases for. After working with the builder on technology projects for five years and seeing how good the real estate market was at the time,  she closed the computer business and decided to get her RE license.

To her, the most rewarding part of the business is working with her friends and family, as well as their friends and family to help them find the home they want. This love of helping others find their dream home is what makes her a great fit for the new community of Mountain Park.

When touring the homes at this new Cobb County homes community, buyers will be sure to love the first impression created by the craftsman-style low maintenance exteriors with brick, cedar shake, stacked stone and cement siding. The inside of these homes are just as impressive with built-in energy savings features, a structurally engineered floor system for quieter floors, two-story entries in some plans, trey ceilings in the owner’s suites, exquisite trim detail, premium finishes, granite countertops, upgraded appliance packages and much more.

In addition to these stunning homes, residents will enjoy living very close to shopping and dining on Cobb Parkway in Acworth and Kennesaw. Children will attend schools in the Allatoona High School district, as well as have opportunities to attend nearby charter and magnet schools.

If you’re interested in buying an Atlanta new home in this community, Tracy recommends you talk to a loan officer first. Because of the market downturn over the last several years, the mortgage companies’ qualification rules and programs change frequently. It’s always best to know exactly what price range fits your budget before you start looking at properties.

Be sure to visit Tracy at Mountain Park from Symphony Homes!
