The branding agency opened a satellite office in Atlanta in early 2021 led by industry veteran and Atlanta native, Kelly Kenton Fink.

In Atlanta, Milesbrand made its mark by branding 1010 Midtown with the urban-hip positioning “Life on the Curve.” With the potential to get lost among similar mid-rise condo competitors in Midtown Atlanta during the 2000s condo boom, Milesbrand branded 1010 Midtown as a new symbol of Atlanta culture and lifestyle. This iconic building is located on the curve of Peachtree Street and playing into its curvy location created unique branding and led to instant recognition for the condo. This exceptional branding campaign led to several awards and accolades for the condo including an OBIE award for Best Print Ad, The Nationals Silver Award for Best Logo, The Nationals Gold Award for Best Color Ad and recognition as Best in Atlanta Real Estate.

In Florida, the branding agency works with award-winning home builders and developers Barron Collier Companies and London Bay Homes. For Barron Collier, Milesbrand developed refreshed branding that enabled the innovative company to explore new growth pathways, enter new markets successfully and actively pursue real estate investment opportunities. The agency also developed exceptional branding for Ave Maria, the developer’s mixed-use Naples community named a Community of the Year for five years. Milesbrand also positioned client London Bay Homes with a brand promise that distinctly elevates the sophisticated builder – Private Label Living.

Within North and South Carolina, Milesbrand has a long-term working relationship spanning 20+ years with semi-custom home builder True Homes, one of the region’s largest home builders. With the aim to become the nation’s most consumer-centric new home builder, True Homes has trusted Milesbrand to help name, brand and launch the company since 2006. From its start, Milesbrand has managed all branding and marketing duties, which aided True Homes’ expansion into five different markets throughout the Carolinas and led to nearly 2,000 sales last year.

The branding agency is led by Founder and President Dave Miles, a residential marketing industry expert whose career spans over three decades. Miles founded David Miles Design in 1989, which later became Milesbrand and grew into a full-service advertising agency. Miles recognized the need for branding improvement for home builders and master-planned communities. To offer a solution, Miles expanded the agency’s capabilities and introduced the first proprietary branding process for the real estate industry.

Miles has been recognized as a Legend of Residential Marketing by the National Sales & Marketing Council, and also holds the MIRM, CSP and CAASH Designations.

Leading Milesbrand’s strategic growth is General Manager Kelly Kenton Fink, an Atlanta home building and real estate veteran with 24 years of industry expertise in key sales and marketing roles. In her current role, Fink develops and implements effective strategies to further the agency’s growth and directs the firm’s business activities. She also manages the daily business operations, including team development and revenue funnels, alongside the Milesbrand executive leadership team.

Kelly also holds her MIRM and CAPS Designations from the National Association of Home Builders.
