    Owner and Managing Partner of Maximum One Executive Realtors Kenneth Storey is in studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, Storey is on this All About Real Estate segment to discuss how the company operates and several unique advantages Realtors have by working with his team, including 100% commission.

    Storey, an Atlanta resident since 1984, is a proud husband, father and business owner. Storey and his wife Monica opened their branch of Maximum One Realtors over three years ago and currently have offices in Alpharetta, Buford, Cumming, Duluth, Dawsonville and Gainesville. Originally started in 2007, Maximum One Realtors has 23 offices, eight franchises and over 1,500 agents. In metro Atlanta, the real estate company specializes in several different types of homes including single-family, condos, townhomes and even commercial.

    “We try to serve everything and everyone,” said Storey. “In Atlanta, you have to do a little bit of it all to supply the needs of your customers, so we try to do that.”

    The Atlanta market is currently seeing tremendous growth nearing the end of the first quarter of 2020. In addition to the growth in Atlanta, the entire Southeast is also experiencing an upward trend. Maximum One Realtors is a hybrid company, taking the best of traditional real estate and agent centricity. Focusing on broker support, training and agent needs helps this real estate company offer unique advantages to agents. In addition, it also offers over 200 hours of CE classes each month for free.

    “We are really excited to see the growth,” said Storey. “We are excited to see how we are expanding. We just opened our Duluth office about two days ago. Seeing our brand expand as only a thirteen-year-old company and watching it become one of the fastest-growing real estate companies in the country is really exciting.”

    Agents working for Maximum One are offered unique benefits ensuring they take home a majority of their commission. In addition to the $48 they pay monthly to be a member of the hybrid organization, they only pay $310 per sale. This is much lower than the 30-40% taken from other companies, meaning agents take home almost 100% commission. The $310 is also capped out at $6,000. For agents, that means only the first 20 deals are charged. Deal number 21 is completely free and 100% commission is earned.

    “Our belief is if our agents are doing the lion’s share of the work, they should keep a lion’s share of the profits,” said Storey. “Our simple philosophy is we help you save more, we help you learn more, so we can help you earn more.”

    Maximum One Realtors is committed to offering several resources for agents to take advantage of. Not only do they offer 24/7 assistance, but each agent joining the team gets a mentor to help with the first three sales of their homes. This ensures everything runs smoothly and the new agent is familiar with the process. The company is also one of the only real estate companies that has its own app. They are able to utilize the mobile application to help clients get a better picture of the price points of individual neighborhoods.

    “They have great service, and some of the things they do for real estate agents are even more incredible,” said Storey. “When you use them as a loan office as a real estate agent, they put your picture on the mortgage statement. Now you are on their mortgage for seven years, and when it comes to buying and selling, they are going to think of you. And that was all for free.”
