President of Sales & Marketing of Liberty Communities, Lurae Davis, is in studio for today’s episode of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Joined by co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick, the group discusses several new communities in a variety of different price points all over the metro Atlanta area on this All About Real Estate Radio segment.

Davis has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, starting when she was just 10 years old. Davis has focused on new construction for the past 20 years, dedicating over two decades of her time and experience to the industry. After spending several years at D.R. Horton, Davis transitioned to her current position at Liberty Communities.

Liberty Communities’ main focus is providing a fantastic product at an affordable price. The professionals are currently executing this by focusing on their “independent” or entry-level homes. These are the homes priced from the $190,000 to the $230,000s. In addition to the independent level product, Liberty Communities also offers a second level of homes in the Providence Series. The Providence Series features homes above $250,000.

“That is the market that we found that was missing in the Atlanta market,” said Davis. “The buyers that were looking for homes under $250,000.”

Moving forward, Liberty Communities is excited for several new communities opening up, as well as new products allowing for buyers to close within 30 to 45 days. River Walk Farms, a community with a waterpark, is opening starting from the low $200,000s, and Ashley Glenn is opening soon starting in the $300,000s. Liberty Communities is pleased to continue offering a wide range of communities at several different price points.

Ashley Glenn is a community in Pike County. The homes offer four to five bedrooms, master on main and ranch floor plans. Homes in this community boast several upgradable features including the brand-new game day porch. This add on is designed to allow residents to cheer on their favorite teams with the whole family with features such as outdoor television setups and fireplaces.

College Heights, another new community priced from the low $200,000s, is selling fast. The homes offer three to five bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. This community also features a beautifully decorated model home to tour, allowing for future residents to get a better idea of their future home.

Liberty Communities is in a partnership with their preferred lender, New American Funding. For several years, the two established companies have been working together to provide homeownership for buyers all over the Southeast.

“They are always willing to step up and help our buyers quickly and efficiently,” said Davis. “We can get them qualified and into a new Liberty Community home with their assistance. Also, anything they can do to help the buyers is always offered. They have great communication with our buyers, allowing them to feel comfortable during the whole process.”
