This weekend is the final call to be a part of the 2020 Atlanta Parade of Homes! The Atlanta Parade of Homes is a free, self-guided event that is put on by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association. The event features over 100 new homes across metro Atlanta and has seen a great turnout during its first two weeks. If you have missed out on the event so far, there is no need to worry! You can come out on June 27 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and June 28 from 1-5 p.m. to join in on the fun.
Parade attendees have the opportunity choose homes based on their style, location and price point and then walk through those homes. There is quite the array of homes in the Parade this year; whether you are looking for an affordable entry-level home, elegant mansion or anything in between, you are sure to find the perfect home for you! If you are not looking to buy a home right now, this event is still a great chance to peruse, discover what you like and evaluate options for your future. Or, simply attend for a chance to get the latest home design inspo!
When you attend the Parade, you also have the chance to win one of three fantastic prizes! You can rank the home based on the kitchen, the overall look and feel, and more. You can vote at each home you visit, and each vote is considered an entry into the prize drawing! The grand prize is a furniture set, valued at $7,500 and donated by Haven Design Works. Second place is a Samsung HD TV donated by Xfinity Communities, while third prize is a smart home device donated by Phoenix Systems. Winners will be randomly selected after the Parade.
To make the process of home selection and navigation easier, it is recommended that Parade attendees download the ATL Homes Parade app. This app is free, easy to use and provides overviews of all the homes in the Parade, as well as navigation instructions to ensure you do not get lost along the way! The app is available in the Apple and Google Play stores for both iPhone and Android.
