With over 45 years of combined New Home Sales experience, Kristen Gideon and Stephanie Triplett are a winning and truly unique sales team. Within a competitive Cherokee County new home market, Kristen and Stephanie stand out in their roles as Larkspur’s Sales Consultants through their skilled negotiation strategy and stellar customer service. Along with being huge assets to Edward Andrews Homes for the last five years, Kristen and Stephanie have a unique relationship as a mother/daughter team for over six years. With competitive knowledge of the area, Kristen and Stephanie consistently sell and outperform their competition. This duo sold 44 homes in 2018, totaling in over $24,000,000 in sales. They also achieved 142% to goal for the year. Strategic in the selling process, Kristen and Stephanie consistently receive an average 94% on customer satisfaction surveys (surveys completed upon closing).
With eight different single-family home floorplans to sell and 134 homesites to close, Kristen and Stephanie are consistently meeting and exceeding goals. The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 39th anniversary in 2019. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories.
