This email marketing message was an important part of a campaign to spread the word to new home buyers about the clubhouse grand opening. It contributed to traffic of over 1,100 people at the event. Of this traffic total, the community registered 395 unique, first on-site visitors. The community also sold 10 homes during the clubhouse grand opening week.
