The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Cresswind at Lake Lanier for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Flyer/Mailer category. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta new homes.

This direct main program (paired with a customized landing page and 1-800 number) was a huge success. The offers were targeted by geography (gas card for in-state prospects and a hotel stay offer for out-of-state prospects). This program served two purposes: (a) put Cresswind at Lake Lanier ‘on the map’ with prospects who had seen it before or knew it as Season and changed their mindset about the community (b) entice visits to the community to see how different this community is – not just an old community with a new name. We successfully erased the negative connotations about the “old community” and show a new, enhanced commitment to the community.
