Kolter Homes Wins OBIE Awards for Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes

The builder took home three Gold and one Silver award for its model homes at Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes in Hoschton.

Held on Saturday, October 23, 2021, this year’s event returned to the Georgia Aquarium and serves as the premier awards in the Atlanta residential real estate market and new home construction industry.

Presented for accomplishments in both building and interior design, Kolter Homes received the following Gold OBIE wins for Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes:

  • Best Building Design – Detached Model – $400,000 to $499,999 – Cedar
  • Best Building Design – Detached Model – $500,000 to $599,999 – Maple
  • Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Models $500,000 to $599,999 – Maple

Kolter Homes also received the following Silver OBIE Award:

  • Best Interior Merchandising – Detached Model $400,000 to $499,999 – Dogwood
