Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Kolter Homes for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Advertising Campaign – Builder – Budget over $10,000 for Cresswind Peachtree City. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.
The GoGuide to Active Adult Home Buying is a national campaign targeting 55+ active adults and their adult children. An online (and downloadable) digital guide and corresponding campaign were created to reach beyond the city limits of Peachtree City to attract active adults to this thriving community. The booklet details the location, the lifestyle and the amenities of the Cresswind community in order to reach the retiree and pre-retiree demographic in other parts of the country that serve as feeder markets to the Southeast. The GoGuide is designed as a digital magazine to provide tips and educate the active adult audience on the benefits that are offered in a 55+ active-lifestyle community. A comprehensive advertising campaign consisting of digital, print and outdoor was utilized to promote the GoGuide and generate interest in Cresswind Peachtree City as well as other Cresswind offerings.
This GoGuide campaign successfully reached beyond Peachtree City to attract active adult buyers to Cresswind Peachtree City. Cresswind attracted (and continues to attract) both a regional and a national response to the campaign, and created cohesion by making this GoGuide a landing page for interested parties. In this way, the Cresswind brand reached beyond Georgia, and also established a robust web presence. Since the campaign’s inception, over 3,817 web inquiry registrations have resulted to Cresswind communities.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 37th anniversary in 2017. The awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories.
