Founded in 1978 by brothers Perry and Scott Knight as house framers, family-owned Knight Homes has now built more than 25 communities and 6,300 homes in some of the most sought-after areas. Knight Homes Vice President of Operations Farrell Middleton joins co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick on this week’s All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio to discuss the builder’s latest new home opportunities and incentives.
Primarily building on the southside of Atlanta, Knight Homes also offers its new homes in Forsyth, Gwinnett and DeKalb counties, Warner Robins and Auburn, Alabama.
Currently, the builder has 24 active communities in Atlanta, four in Warner Robins and two and Auburn. Some are in closeout stages, while others are just opening, so there are options for homebuyers looking in varying times of the process. Coming soon in spring 2020, Knight Homes is expected to open 13 new communities in the Atlanta area and two more in Auburn.
