The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Kelly Fink of The Providence Group for winning a Gold OBIE for Marketing Director of the Year. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

Fink joined The Providence Group of Georgia, LLC in October 2010 as Vice President of Marketing, and was promoted to Vice President of Marketing and Online Sales in March 2012. After creating the tagline “Luxury Living by Design,” Fink has become the face of The Providence Group’s brand, filming more than 50 segments for Atlanta’s Best New Homes television show. She manages the company’s entire marketing program from overseeing online sales, to community marketing to social media profiles on YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter, and blogging for TheProvidenceGroup.com.

Fink personally handled the online leads for The Providence Group from 2010 to January 2013. Fink increased online sales from 18 percent to 35 percent of company sales. Her marketing efforts increased onsite traffic by 31 percent and increased sales drastically with 470 sales in 12 months versus 161 sales in the previous 12 months. Additionally, her vision and direction working on the new interactive website has greatly increased the builder’s mobile traffic and added live chat.

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association’s OBIE Awards celebrates its 33rd anniversary in 2013.
