On this week’s All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick are joined by Kelly Fink, vice president of marketing for The Providence Group. The group discusses the builder’s recent OBIE Award wins and new intown and metro Atlanta communities nearing closeout, as well as those coming in the New Year.
With more than 20 years working in the new construction industry, Fink brings extensive knowledge to The Providence Group in terms of marketing, social media and digital sales. Currently, The Providence Group builds in six metro Atlanta counties with over 15 new home communities actively selling. Priced from the $300,000s to $900,000s, homes boast condominium, townhome and single-family layouts designed to match any lifestyle.
Recently, The Providence Group received 11 OBIE Awards at the annual gala. In addition to recognition for outstanding building designs, interior merchandising and social media, Pratt Stacks was named the 2020 Attached Community of the Year. Priced from the high $300,000s, this new intown condominium community located in historic Grant Park is set along the Atlanta BeltLine across from shopping and dining at Beacon Atlanta. Condo designs range from 1,318 to 2,236 square feet of living space with two-to-three bedrooms, two-to-three baths and one-car garages. Having sold more than 80 condos already, a new phase at Pratt Stacks was recently announced due to high demand from Atlanta homebuyers.
Additionally, The Providence Group has experienced preliminary sales success at Ellington, its newest Suwanee community of single-family homes and townhomes. In fact, during the first VIP weekend of sales, 15 homebuyers Made Space for Life at Ellington. With townhomes priced from the mid-$300,000s and single-family homes from the mid-$400,000s, Ellington has a lot to offer with its prime, gated location within Peachtree Ridge High School District, as well as its wide assortment of community amenities including a pool with cabana, pocket parks throughout and a walkway to Peachtree Ridge Park.
Also located in Gwinnett County, Greysolon is about a mile from downtown Duluth. This new townhome community features two-story designs with front-entry garages, as well as three-story townhomes with rear-entry garages. Walkable to shopping and dining, Greysolon is selling fast with only presale opportunities currently available.
Another community proving to be popular amongst homeowners is Glendale Rowes in Decatur located within desirable Clarkston. Set within the Atlanta perimeter, Glendale Rowes is a gated community with three-story townhomes priced from the mid-$300,000s. With limited fall move-in dates currently available, the decorated model townhome is open daily for tours.
Another townhome community selling fast is Pruitt Walk in Smyrna. Walking distance from Truist Park and The Battery, Pruitt Walk offers a small-town, intimate community feel while still remaining close to major destinations. Starting from the high $300,000s, townhomes feature charming fenced front yards and two unique products: three-story, rear entry townhomes and front-entry townhomes. Due to fast sales, the model townhome is currently for sale.
Now selling in the final phase, Towns at North Decatur features stunning townhomes from the high $300,000s to $400,000s. Residents enjoy convenience to Decatur Square, Emory University and Emory Village, as well as I-285 for an easy morning commute. Following the success of Harvest Park and now Ellington in Suwanee, The Providence Group recently announced new townhomes coming soon to Suwanee Towneship. Walkable to North Gwinnett Middle, residents will also enjoy quick access to Suwanee Town Center and beyond.
“We opened so many communities this year, so they’ll really be getting into the swing of things next year where they start looking more like a community with more streetscapes and amenities being completed,” Fink said. “Then we also have some really cool new communities that will be coming up next year.”
New projects include a final phase of all-new product at Pratt Stacks, and Ecco Park, coming soon to Alpharetta within the revitalized North Point area, will feature townhomes projected to start from the high $300,000s. Additionally, The Providence Group is opening a new active adult community in 2021 at East Jones Bridge, yet to be officially named.
