Joy James is a consummate professional who tirelessly supports home builders through active participation in a number of associations. She’s been in the mortgage banking business for more than 15 years and is a consistent top performer, leader, and mentor, yet she continually seeks to improve professionalism and production with hard work, training and technology.

Joy exemplifies what it means to be a mortgage professional every day, so she’s deserving of this recognition. She will continue to work to support the HBA through her membership with the Sales and Marketing Council and other efforts. She also supports several Realtor associations through membership and active committee involvement.

Joy James is a graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Marketing, and she is a past recipient of the Georgia Mortgage Bankers Gold Award for Production and a President’s Club Award winner for Guaranty Mortgage Services, LLC.
