Join us for the second weekend of the 2020 Atlanta Parade of Homes on June 20 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and June 21 from 1 to 5 p.m. Presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, this free, self-guided event will showcase over 100 new homes across metro Atlanta. No registration is required to attend, no tickets have to be purchased, and you can tour as many homes as you’d like on your own schedule!
The 2020 Parade of Homes provides you with the opportunity to walk through new construction homes with a wide variety of styles, price points and locations. This year’s tour offers something for every buyer, with homes priced from the $170,000s through $1.3 million-plus. Homes can be found as far north as Dawsonville and as far south as Griffin, and from Villa Rica on the westside to Jefferson in northeast Georgia! This experience is the perfect way to tour homes and get an idea of what’s available today in the Atlanta real estate market.

All the homes on the tour are fully decorated and offer the hottest trends in home design and decor.
