Housing economy expert John Hunt, principal of ViaSearch and MarketNsight, will speak on trends in the Atlanta real estate market at the Atlanta 55+ Housing Council 2018 Site Tour on May 16. The sold-out event is taking place at Kolter Homes’ Cresswind at Lake Lanier—Georgia’s most-awarded and number one-selling active-adult community for five years in a row.

Attendees at the site tour will hear from a panel of experts, including Kolter Homes’ Area President, Bob Rademacher, presenting the case study of this beautiful, resort-style active-adult community. Donna Deluca with Design Environments, Inc. will discuss the staging process and 2018 design trends. Finally, John Hunt will present an analysis of the market and its impact on the 55+ housing industry.

The event begins with registration at 11:30 a.m. and continues with the program, lunch and tour of the community from noon to 1:30 p.m. The event will be held at the community, located at 3007 Scarlet Oak Lane in Gainesville.
