Atlanta active adult homebuilder, Jim Chapman Communities, recently received national recognition for their newest community in East Cobb County. Brookhaven of East Cobb received both the Gold and Silver Awards at the National Association of Home Builders Best of 50+ Housing Awards Gala in New Orleans on May 20, 2008.
