Jim Chapman Communities is excited to announce their participation in the second annual 50+ University Day, hosted by the Atlanta 50+ Housing Council. Held on Thursday, October 18 at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia Hotel, the conference will feature education sessions taught by leading industry experts.
Registration starts at 8 a.m., and sessions will be offered from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Topics that will be presented include “Design Trends: The Multigenerational Builder & Buyer” and “Marketing to the 50+ Buyer.” 50+ University Day is approved to earn up to six Builder License Credits and three GREC Continuing Education Credits. After the sessions, attendees can enjoy cocktails and networking until 6 p.m. At the event, Kelly Dempsey, vice president of sales and marketing at Jim Chapman Communities, will be announced as the council’s 2013 president.
