Today’s episode of All About Real Estate showcases a builder who has never been on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, but is certainly not new to making a positive impact on the Southeast home building industry. Tracy Fields, vice president of sales and broker with Jeff Lindsey Communities and Lindsey Marketing Group, joins co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick for today’s episode of All About Real Estate. Fields gives listeners a preview of Jeff Lindsey Communities’ current activities, philosophy and mission to give buyers what they want at the price they want.
The home building company was founded in 2006 and began with only one agent and two houses. Jeff Lindsey remains the company’s sole owner. Since its inception, Jeff Lindsey Communities has gained the loyalty of several agents and survived the worst economic downturn in recent history. The builder began developing in the Coweta-Fayette area and from there, branched out into Alabama and Columbus. Today, the company showcases more than 30 communities.
Jeff Lindsey Communities is a new construction and semi-custom home builder. Buyers can the option to tweak the design center’s home designs however they wish to make it into their dream home. The builder also features a breathtaking Design Center and a professional decorator, who spends hours one-on-one with buyers to give them as much involvement as possible.
The company can add or remove walls, make small changes to the structure of the home, and the philosophy of their customizing process is that “Anything can be done for a price.” Additionally, the builder is dedicated to designing floor plans that don’t waste any space so that buyers can feel confident that they will be happy with their purchase.
Jeff Lindsey Communities currently has several communities with affordable available opportunities, country living, close proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment, and both large and small homesites:

The builder also has several Columbus-area communities which cater to veterans who are close to Fort Benning.
