irene hallRecently, our very own Irene Hall was featured in an Atlanta Business Chronicle Q&A for her leadership in the home building industry. In addition to being our vice president of sales and marketing, Irene is also this year’s chair of Atlanta’s Professional Women in Building council, which she helped found in 2013.

At FrontDoor Communities, Irene is in charge of developing and implementing marketing strategies that help us successfully launch our new communities and gain brand recognition for our company. We couldn’t do what we do without her! That being said, we know that she will be an amazing leader of the Atlanta PWB.

As chair, Irene will help:

  • Grow membership. The Atlanta PWB is the second largest council nationally and wants to take the No. 1 spot, as well as build its under 40 group – our future leaders.
  • Provide exceptional program content that will educate, empower and connect membership.
  • Give more opportunities for involvement with our state and local governments to elevate our industry. The Atlanta PWB wants to utilize women as the driving force to make a difference and develop positions of leadership for women.
  • Continue to give back to Atlanta through various charities PWB supports to empower less fortunate young women to go out and make a difference.

Like Irene, the other members of the Atlanta PWB work in all aspects of the building industry – as owners, builders, remodelers, architects, suppliers, marketing experts, designers and in finance and real estate. Led by Irene, this strong and diverse network will surely make some great advancements this year for women working in the industry!
