The Ranch Cottages for Rent team has been keeping a pawsome secret for a few months now! It’s finally time for me to bark hello and formally introduce myself with a big tail wag!

My name is Dogwood, and I can officially announce that I am the Ranch Cottages for Rent pet mascot. Wishing for a new perspective on their pawsitively incredible floorplans, my friends at Jim Chapman Communities thought there was no better choice than your friendly neighborhood bulldog!

Most know me as Dogwood, but my friends call me Woody for short! I’m your community pooch who loves basking in the sun at the bark park, playing fetch and cheering on the University of Georgia Bulldogs (Go Dawgs!).

While we get to know each other, I want to share a few of my favorite things that your furry companion will love at The Cottages! From birdwatching from the large windows in my home to spotting squirrels in the backyard, there is so much to enjoy at Ranch Cottages for Rent. I love to soak up sun rays with my human friends and say hello to my pals around the neighborhood during strolls along the community sidewalks. I also enjoy racing into the dog park and giving my friends a sniff to see where they have been!

Thanks to flexible floorplans and scratch-resistant vinyl flooring in every Ranch Cottages for Rent home, I live a fun and stress-free life! I can chase my parents around the house or even enjoy my zoomies without them getting upset because they know I won’t scratch the floor.

Unfortunately, I have to say bye for now but don’t worry! I’ll be back soon to share my favorite pet-friendly spots near your community, and the best parts of living at The Cottages. Now, where did I leave my ball? Oh, there it is, under the chair!
