The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Intown Renovations Group, LLC for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling Basement under $75,000 category for a 1960s ranch basement remodel in Atlanta. The OBIE awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

This remodel won because of its innovative design. The basement stairs fell in the middle of the area, creating a natural division for a private guest suite on one side and an open area with four functional sections on the other. The open area includes a sitting area with brick fireplace, comfy TV area, dining and play area. A bar was also creatively tucked in the middle of everything but in the way of nothing. Light was created with several canned lights, and warmth was added with carpet and a fireplace.
