The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Intown Renovations Group for winning a Gold OBIE in the Residential Remodeling – Bathroom Under $25,000 category for their home located at 1111 Briarcliff Road in Atlanta. The OBIE Awards are the premier awards in the new home construction industry.

The Intown Renovations team found creative solutions that their client loved, and they still fit in their original budget. The team closed off an unnecessary door to the hall, as well as the door to the linen closet. Then, they created a hall linen closet. This provided space to replace the pedestal sink with a vanity that held all of the owner’s necessities. The team also flipped the showerhead and created an easy-entry shower stall with a glass door that featured a special design, which helped to open up the modest space.
