A dream home realized. A two-bedroom, one-bath duplex was replaced with a stunningly appointed custom home. The existing house was completely demolished, including the footer and foundations. This is a custom crafted new home, a project usually reserved for custom home “builders.” Attention to detail was paramount to the success of the design–a labor of love by the homeowners.  An open floor plan with high ceilings (note the barreled ceiling on the second floor between the master suite and other two bedrooms) achieves beautiful interior space that belies the exterior of the home, which does not overpower the neighborhood in size. The new home is inviting, comfortable and, most importantly, family-centered.
