Atlanta Real Estate Forum congratulates Intown Renovations Group LLC for winning a Gold OBIE in the Best Basement Remodel under $75,000 category for a private home in Atlanta. Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

An unfinished basement, accessible by an exterior door and utility stairs only, was transformed into a live/work/play area with support beams replacing intrusive columns, a trayed ceiling to mask ductwork and mechanicals, new handcrafted interior stairs and LVT flooring. These changes opened up nearly unusable space to a new bedroom, entertainment center and office without changing the character or footprint of this vintage home.
