As the United States and international economies continue to grow, so does international real estate investment. A great deal of foreign money is being invested in Atlanta real estate and Atlanta real estate companies are investing abroad. Who are these local and international investors/developers? What are the latest opportunities for foreign real estate investment? What intrigues foreign investors about the U.S., and specifically Atlanta, for real estate investment?

These questions and more will be addressed during the Atlanta Urban Land Institute panel “International Real Estate Investment: In to and Out of Atlanta” on February 19th from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Moderated by Michael McDonald of Eastdil Secured and including panelists Clay Adams of Jamestown, W. Jeffrey Beckham of Tishman Speyer, Ewoud N. Swaak of Westplan Investors and John Whitaker of AIG Global Real Estate.

Attendees will learn about the challenges facing U.S.-based and International real estate companies in an ever growing and competitive global real estate environment. The panelists will discuss how they have overcome many of these challenges to become respected leaders in their organization.
