Cobb ChristmasSince 2004, Traton Homes has been a supporter of Cobb Christmas and this holiday season, the Atlanta home builder is making it easier than ever for you to help give back to our neighbors in need. In addition to its traditional efforts, Traton Homes is excited to announce that its decorated model homes and corporate office will serve as drop-off locations for new, unwrapped toys for Cobb Christmas.

“Through donations and the support of volunteers, Cobb Christmas will continue to help thousands of individuals in need this holiday season,” said Kimberly Garwood, director of marketing at Traton Homes. “Cobb County is our home and Traton Homes is excited to not only continue our efforts, but build on them this year.”

Cobb County communities with model homes that will serve as toy drop-off locations include:

•    Great Oaks Estates in Acworth – Old Stilesboro Road NW and Knollwood Drive
•    Lochshire in Acworth – 103 Dunlavin Drive
•    The Estates at Davis Ridge in Marietta – 3445 Davis Road
•    Village Walk in Smyrna – Fleming Street (Off of Atlanta Road)
•    The Estates of Fernwood Creek in Woodstock – 110 Rocky Creek Trail
•    Rosewood Park in Dallas  – 9098 Dallas Acworth Highway

In addition to the model home drop locations, Traton Homes will be accepting unwrapped toy donations at its corporate office located at 720 Kennesaw Avenue in Marietta.

About Cobb Christmas

Cobb Christmas is a non-profit, non-denominational organization, dedicated to helping low-income and working-poor families of Cobb County during the holiday season. With 100-percent support provided by volunteers, Cobb Christmas donates pre-stuffed stockings to each child, a minimum of three gifts per child ages infant through 18 and a box of food per family.
