Presented by the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council, the OBIE Awards are the premier awards given in the Atlanta new home construction industry.

The East Highlands Alden model is a perfect retreat for the suburban family seeking space and livability in a modern space. The model was designed around a strikingly bold color palette of black and white which may be unexpected in a suburban setting.  This dramatic color palette was softened by natural, textural elements creating a warm and inviting space set against the black and white.  The spaces were designed with the family in mind creating both entertaining space such as the front flex room and also casual, livable spaces like the upstairs loft with a large lounging sectional.

This model was designed in a transition time for a production builder and in lieu of typical custom trim wall treatments we designed and elevated an entry level home with a striking color palette, accent wallpaper and paint details and decorative lighting.  The home was designed with unique pieces and contrasting elements to create a curated look that appeals to a family buyer.
