On today’s All About Real Estate segment of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, Haven Design Works Owner Donna Mathis joins co-hosts Carol Morgan and Todd Schnick to discuss the firm’s vision and latest projects.
HDW is an award-winning interior design firm celebrating its 6th anniversary in 2019. The firm specializes in model homes, clubhouses and sales environments. Local to Atlanta, HDW creates stunning model homes and clubhouses along the East Coast. From working as far North as Chicago and as far south as Sarasota and South Florida, HDW has certainly made a footprint for themselves.
“We really enjoy working with builders on their branding and helping enhance their story, and then we work to make their story come to life,” Donna said.
Primarily, HDW works with mid-size and large-volume builders and developers on their single- and multi-model homes, sales centers and community clubhouses. Amenities have become such an important consideration, specifically in the Millennial and 55+ age groups. According to Donna, the 55+ buyer tends to lean more new lifestyle choices while Millennials are seeking out amenities that they have had previously in apartments in condos.
HDW works to showcase a builder’s specific vision and inspiration to potential buyers. “It’s never design for the sake of design!”
