Grant Place Condominiums, Authentic Living in Grant Park — Now Released with Interest Rates as Low as 4.875%!

Comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. Those are three words that best describe The Providence Group’s latest venture in the heart of Grant Park – Grant Place. This community of single-level, 2-bedroom condominiums is located inside the perimeter (ITP) with fantastic access to Atlanta’s best natural amenity, the BeltLine Southside Trail.

Located at the corner of Grant Street and Grant Circle, Grant Place is adjacent to the Beacon ATL – a 110,000-square-foot activation comprised of restaurants and bars, coffee shops, bakeries and a health and wellness center, all inside six former industrial buildings in the heart of Grant Park.

Beautiful and Lovely New Condo Designs

The homes at Grant Place provide the very best of city living. The single-level homes are easy on the eyes with open-concept layouts that offer a plethora of space for entertainment and easy ingress and egress from the elevator just outside their home. From the open family room to the stylish kitchen, to the dining room and the nested balcony out back, homeowners will love the ability to entertain both inside and out. In addition, the single-level layout provides the perfect master-on-main experience, along with a secondary bedroom for family or guests who want to stay over.

These two-bedroom, two-bath homes range from 1480 to 1567 square feet. Each home has a balcony off the kitchen and a private garage with AV capabilities for convenient parking and storage, just a quick elevator ride away.

Homes are priced from the high $500,000s. A variety of floorplans are available, including the Hightower, Jackson, Kirkwood and Grant. And for those who want to see how the homes live, there are two brand new models available for tours.

Best of all, in honor of The Providence Group’s 20th anniversary, the builder is offering $2,500 toward closing costs and finance programs with its preferred lender offering rates as low as 4.875%, on select inventory. When you visit, ask the On-Site Advisor, Erik Dowdy with Engel & Völkers Atlanta, for more information.

For any homeowners with children, schools include Parkside Elementary School, Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School and Maynard Jackson High School.
