The Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council congratulates Ginny Bryant with Lennar Atlanta for winning a Gold OBIE for Sales Manager of the Year. The OBIE awards are the highest honor given to Atlanta real estate professionals and home builders.

Ginny Bryant has always been focused on achieving results and meeting all goals set while also growing and training an ever expanding team of new home sales professionals. in the last year, the sales team led by her has more than doubled in size with new hires due to rapid growth in this division. This has required a strong eye for recruiting new talent as well as the ability to train them not only on the Lennar style and method of selling, but also extensive systems training while still developing processes and systems within the division office.

Ginny has managed to do all of this without letting her eye slip from the real goal of selling homes. With Lennar having specific performance and sales expectations for each community, Ginny consistently met and exceeded these goals by driving her team to push themselves to succeed both for themselves and the company.

Ginny is also an active member of the local SMC and works with MUST ministries, a local food bank organization.

Her performance for the time period of June 1, 2011 to May 31, 2012 was more than $59 million in closed homes with 231 total units sold.
