If you missed the first weekend of the Atlanta Parade of Homes, don’t worry – there’s still two more to go! Join us for the second weekend of the 2022 Atlanta Parade of Homes this Saturday, April 30 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, May 1 from 1 to 5 p.m. Presented by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, this free, self-guided event provides attendees the opportunity to explore more than 60 new homes throughout the metro Atlanta area!
The 2022 Atlanta Homes Parade is the ideal time for potential home buyers to discover an impressive collection of decorated model homes showcasing homes designed for today’s lifestyle. Homes can be found from Adairsville in Bartow County to Lovejoy in Clayton and Gainesville in Hall County to Dallas in Paulding County. Homes are available in a wide variety of price points, from entry-level homes for first-time buyers to active adult homes designed exclusively with 55+ buyers in mind.
As a Parade attendee, you’re free to explore as many of the featured homes as you’d like and plan your own route through the Parade – see one, five or all – the choice is yours! Here’s a sample of the homes you can find on this year’s tour:

Don’t forget to download the ATLHomesParade app, available for both Apple and Android users, which provides an easy way to plan Parade stops with helpful features for route planning, as well as detailed info on each home.
After touring a home, Parade attendees can rate the home’s overall design to be entered for the chance to win one of three amazing prizes. One lucky Parade attendee will win Pella Bingo! To enter, simply complete the Bingo card, write your email address on it and drop it into a voting box at one of the participating homes. The winner will receive a one-night stay at Hotel Avalon and a $100 gift card to the restaurant Colletta. Other prizes include two outdoor fireplaces from Haven Design Works, a set of bikes from Regions Bank and a hard Yeti Cooler from Construction Resources.
Parade attendees can vote and enter one time at each Parade home they visit during the three Parade weekends. After the Parade ends, winners will be chosen randomly to receive each of the prizes.
