Irene Hall, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for FrontDoor Communities, joins co-hosts Todd Schnick and Carol Morgan on this week’s All About Real Estate edition of Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio to discuss the latest developments in the communities from this regional Atlanta builder.

Partnered with The Providence Group, FrontDoor Communities has recently entered its second phase at Traditions in Cumming with 49 total homesites. They are also excited to be releasing the third phase in three weeks as a result of huge demand. FrontDoor has seen a surprising number of empty-nesters purchasing their houses instead of the expected families. This has led to a great mix of community members and also led FrontDoor to establish new plans for homes to accommodate a variety of buyers.

One of the company’s newest communities is ShadowBrook Crossing in Snellville. It will be launching 10 of the newest house plans from the FrontDoor portfolio. They’ll be built in a craftsman style and feature smaller square footage as they try to reach families looking for their first home. The community is located right next to Eastside Medical Center, so they hope to reach the medical community as well. Three homes have already been sold, with six more under construction.

Edgewater is a community currently under construction for potential buyers to get excited about. It is located in Holly Springs right next to Sequoyah High School and has houses priced between $300,000 and $400,000. It has approximately 243 lots and will feature houses from both the Traditions and ShadowBrook communities. Edgewater’s magnificent amenities should further entice buyers with a clubhouse, pool, a beautiful lake and walking trails. FrontDoor will begin pre-selling these homes in the late summer and will have two models for people to tour.

Another upcoming community is Inwood, which will be one mile north of Woodstock. It will be walkable to the historic area and excellent food and shops of downtown Woodstock. The community will feature all new products of town- and single-family homes with alley plans. Two models will be available in the late fall with pre-sales beginning in August. People are eager to learn more about this community.

For those seeking a spot in historic Roswell, they need to check out the Goulding community. It is situated mere steps from shops and dining and already has already closed on two single-family homes. FrontDoor is excited about this community because of the new plans and the higher price points that are available. The 24 townhomes are priced in the $700,000s and the five single-family homes are priced in the $900,000s.

Irene Hall closed out her interview with a tease for exciting things to come in East Cobb. There is plenty to get excited about from FrontDoor Communities, and there are a variety of beautiful communities available for all lifestyles.
