This week, Atlanta new home builder FrontDoor Communities is offering a spectacular Deal of the Week. Actually, they are offering three deals, all in their new CopperLeaf community in beautiful West Cobb! Two of the deals are for agents, while one is a buyer incentive.

First, the builder is offering an early pay bonus for metro Atlanta real estate agents. When a home is sold, the agent will receive their pay within 30 days.
