President Stephen Haines with Artisan Built Communities joins the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio podcast to discuss new and upcoming communities and give updates on popular neighborhoods, including Heritage Pointe at The Georgian, Stratford at NatureWalk and Serenity in Hapeville. Haines joins host Carol Morgan on the All About Real Estate segment.
A familiar face in the homebuilding industry, Haines has been a part of the industry from a very young age and has had the opportunity to work for many big builders throughout his 25-year career. He joined the Artisan Built Communities team four years ago and now leads the organization and its growth efforts.

Haines said, “The mural greets you as you come in and it sets the tone for what you’re going to experience once you come inside.”
A unique product that is very different from the builder’s work in Paulding County, Serenity at Hapeville showcases attached two-story townhomes with only 25 available opportunities. The City of Hapeville influenced the first set of units to take on the look of a warehouse that has been a part of the Hapeville landscape for many years. The building bears the city name on both sides, with an exterior that takes inspiration from old factories and warehouses.
The rest of the community’s four buildings, with 21 units, surround a private pocket park to give residents the freedom to leave their homes to take their favorite furry friend for a walk close to home. A fire pit installation, perfect for community gatherings through the seasons, centers the green space. Many units feature a private patio, with a few enjoying an upstairs balcony!
To complement the first set of units, the remaining four buildings embrace a retro-modern exterior detailed by brick siding, black windows and more.
