Cherokee County homesThis spring and summer has been a very busy time for Brock Built with three new communities starting construction and plans for several others announced. One of the new communities, which is Brock Built’s first of new homes in Cherokee County, currently has four new homes in various stages of construction.

Ready at the end of August will be a Carolina plan inventory home for $294,900 on home site 100. This five bedroom and four bathroom home features a guest bedroom suite or study on the main level, a family room open to the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, hardwoods throughout the main living areas, a second floor owner’s suite with spa bathroom, second floor laundry room and an unfinished third floor retreat.
