Fischer Homes is excited to announce that 5 model homes are on tour during the 2023 Atlanta Parade of Homes. Hosted by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, the parade features more than 75 homes throughout the metro Atlanta area, many of which are decorated model homes.
This free, self-guided Parade is open to the public on the weekends of April 22-23, April 29-30 and May 6-7, giving interested home buyers three full weekends to visit homes. Homes are open for tours on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m. The Atlanta Parade of Homes presents a unique opportunity to choose the exact location, home design and designer options buyers want for their new home, as most entries are available for purchase.

The tour showcases a wide variety of new home options, from affordable entry-level homes and townhomes to moderately priced homes, large homes in popular communities and elegant mansions in exclusive neighborhoods. Attendees will enjoy the assortment of sizes, layouts and architectural details highlighted in the Atlanta Parade of Homes.
Fischer Homes will feature 5 model homes across 4 communities, including The Wilmington at Poplar Place in Dallas, The Wyatt at The Reserve at Liberty Park in Braselton, The Leland and The Avery at Twin Lakes in Hoschton, and The Blair at River Rock in Cumming. These homes feature a variety of ranch-style, two-story, and 5-level living options that are sure to impress attendees.
