100% Upfront Commission from Fischer HomesFischer Homes is proud to offer metro Atlanta Realtors unique incentives for every new home they sell. Realtors have the opportunity to receive upfront commission on each sale, and they also have just one week left to take advantage of the Ritz VIP Program! Realtors are responsible for selling more than 50 percent of all Fischer homes, and the builder wants to say thank you for their continued support with these programs.

Right now, Realtors can receive 100 percent of their commission upfront* every time they sell a Fischer home. This allows Realtors to be paid before the sometimes lengthy closing process is complete.

In addition, any agent who sells two homes between Jan. 1 and June 30, 2014 will receive a $1,000 gift card that can be used at any Ritz-Carlton location, as well as an airfare voucher for two worth up to $750.**

Fischer Homes is currently building new homes in 13 metro Atlanta communities in Cobb, Gwinnett, Cherokee, Fulton and Forsyth counties. With more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Fischer Homes is consistently ranked as one of America’s top 50 home builders. In addition, the builder has a 98 percent customer satisfaction rating, among the highest in the industry.
