Jason Schwartz, division sales manager with Fischer Homes, is today’s All About Real Estate guest on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. Schwartz assisted in starting Fischer Homes’ Atlanta division just more than a year ago, and today he talks about how Fischer Homes has exploded in the metro Atlanta area.
Schwartz has been in real estate for the past 23 years. Advertising, marketing, sales and sales management both in general brokerage and new homebuilding have all led him to where he is today. Since helping start the Atlanta division of Fischer Homes, he has had the pleasure of watching the business grow exponentially. Schwartz says, “We’ve been making some amazing strides, and I’m super excited to talk about all of our progress today.”
Fischer Homes came to Atlanta in 2013, but the company itself, based in Cincinnati, has been in business for 35 years. The company is a top 50 home builder that is privately held and operated with 14 communities now open in the metro Atlanta area. Fischer Homes has done exceptionally well during its short time thus far in Atlanta having just celebrated its 100th closing with 200 sales since the division was started. With an amazingly capable sales team, Schwartz is excited about what the future holds in Atlanta.
When asked how Fischer Homes stands apart from other builders, Schwartz says, “Fischer Homes is set apart from other home builders because of unique attention to quality design and choice that we provide in each and every home and afford each and every homeowner. When you drive into a Fischer Homes neighborhood, one of the things that our guests will notice is that our homes look a little bit different, and our streetscapes look a little bit different. We pay very, very close attention to that.”
Schwartz goes on to describe the wonderful choices offered in exterior elevations, “We’re not afraid to put a Tudor home next to a Craftsman home next to a traditional-style home. When you drive through our neighborhoods, it’s got that unique, established look and feel to it which I think a lot of our homeowners appreciate.”
Due to Fischer Homes’ attention to quality and detail, they are able to maintain an industry-high customer satisfaction rating of 98 percent. The builder offers four different collections of homes that range from 1,500 to more than 6,000 square feet, and from the mid-$100,000s to more than $1 million. Not only has Fischer Homes provided choices that make their homes appealing to any and all homeowners, but they’ve also engineered their floor plans with innovations such as the five level design. This five-level includes a master that has its own floor in-between floors one and two that allows for great space and privacy.
Fischer Homes is able to stay on top of the changing trends with their own in-house architecture department that is constantly analyzing, updating and doing research in different markets across the country. They also allow potential homeowners the opportunity to make their own choices regarding the interior of their homes.
Fischer Homes has cornered the northern Atlanta real estate market with communities from Powder Springs to Cherokee County, South Forsyth, North Fulton and Gwinnett County. Every weekend, open houses are available for the public to view the quality and attention to detail of these homes. Communities are open Monday through Thursday from noon until 7 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 until 6 p.m.
