Within just one week of each other, Fischer Homes broke ground on two new communities in Atlanta, Georgia, adding to their growing presence in the Atlanta market. First, Springbrook Estates in Cobb County, followed by River Rock, located in the northern part of Forsyth County.

Both River Rock and Springbrook Estates communities will begin construction right away with preparation and opening for sales this Spring with first move-ins slated for Fall 2019.

Future homeowners in River Rock and Springbrook Estates will be able to choose from a variety of single family floorplans from the Fischer Homes’ Designer Collection. Each home will feature an array of exterior finishes, colors, and trims – from Coastal to Craftsman, English to Traditional American and range between 2500 – 3500 square feet.

River Rock will be a $32 million development for Fischer Homes; a new community of 107 single-family homes, located in Forsyth County on Matt Hwy and located between GA-575 and GA-400. River Rock is designed with homeowners in mind. The community currently includes resort-style amenities with a two-story clubhouse, lap pool, and lighted tennis courts. The first phase of homes will open in limited release this Spring with prices in the low $300s – low $400s.

Springbrook Estates

Fischer Homes is developing Springbrook Estates, a new $32 million community of 106 single-family homes, located in Cobb County in historic downtown Powder Springs on Lewis Road. Springbrook Estates is conveniently close to new city-center amenities, ballparks, restaurants, and shopping.  Family-friendly by design, the community includes a clubhouse, lap pool, tennis courts, and playground.
