The Atlanta Parade of Homes event is in full swing, and for attendees, it has been effortless and self-guided thanks to the ATLHomesParade app, available in the Apple and Google Play stores. The app gives you the ability to pick and chose homes to look at that you feel are tailored to your homebuying needs. The best part – the app is free and easy to use!

Through the Parade of Homes app, all 40 listed homes are available with detailed descriptions and beautiful photos that give an exceptional overview of the homes before you decide to visit them. On top of the detailed descriptions and images, another feature on the app is the price range tool. Select your desired price range on the home page of the app, and it narrows the search results down to the homes included in the price range you desire.

Traveling to new parts of metro Atlanta can be a challenge sometimes, but the app has worked to eliminate stress from this part of your experience! The map included on the app is easy to navigate, and each home includes detailed directions or a clickable address that will provide turn-by-turn directions.

Once you arrive on site to see a home, you can’t miss the opportunity to rank the home and enter to win three great prizes! You can rank each home you visit on how much you like the kitchen, master bath, the home’s curb appeal and the overall appearance of the home. At the end, your individual ranking helps determine the overall home ranking, which will be used to award overall winners in each category.

We also wanted to give you a treat for voting! At the end of the Parade of Homes, there will be three prizes given away to three lucky attendees! The Grand Prize, courtesy of Haven Design Works, is a beautiful patio seating arrangement featuring a rectangular table and six chairs.
