We are used to seeing Vin Diesel drive in style on the big screen, so it’s no surprise that he’ll be living in style off screen while shooting the new Fast and Furious 7 film in Atlanta. As reported by Celebuzz, Vin Diesel is considering renting a $2.99 million dollar luxury home for $45,000 during his six-week stay in the city.
The Atlanta home most likely to serve as Diesel’s humble abode during filming is an 11,900 square foot home in Sandy Springs. The excellent condition and finishes on this home, built in 2006, stay true to the original Bill Harrison design.
The six bedroom, eight-and-a-half bath home includes a full-size gym with bath and steam shower, theater, wine cellar, a separate guest apartment with its own kitchen and more. The gourmet kitchen is a dream come true for any chef, and the master bedroom has his and hers closets and a private covered loggia. Plenty of outdoor patios and living space, a pool, hardwood floors and 10-foot ceilings make this Spanish Mediterranean-style home a great place to rest after a long day on set or on any other day of the week.
After Diesel finishes his Atlanta stay, the home will be available for purchase once again. Imagine telling people that Vin Diesel stayed in your home. Now that’s a fun conversation starter!
Children residing at the home will attend Heards Ferry Elementary, Ridgeview Middle and Riverwood High School. There are also several excellent private schools in the area to choose from.
The home is being listed by Debra Johnston with Atlanta Fine Home Sotheby’s International Realty. For more information on how you can call Vin Diesel’s rental your home, contact Debra at 404-312-1959.
