On Saturday, March 9, the Epic Development team hosted its second clean up day on the Atlanta BeltLine. Last Fall, we adopted the portion of the East Side Trail from the Ralph McGill Blvd bridge to Freedom Parkway including the Old Fourth Ward Skate Park, and are responsible for maintaining it on a regular basis. The morning started off chilly, however the sun and clean-up activity warmed everyone up quickly. The event drew more than 20 volunteers who picked up 40 bags of trash in less than two hours. In just the last six months, we have collected more than 100 bags of trash!
We would like to thank our volunteers from Alexan 360 Apartments, the Debbie Leonard Group at Keller Williams Realty, Builder Specialties, Heather Moll-Dunn Landscape Design and residents from the Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. For more information about our next clean up in May, contact Scott Eaves at (404) 518-3820 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are currently building modern prairie, modern and traditional style new homes along the BeltLine in the neighborhoods of Virginia Highlands, Ormewood Park, Old Fourth Ward and Glenwood Park. We are also building in Buckhead, Brookhaven, Decatur, LaVista Park and East Atlanta.
