water tower stacks in atlantaEpic Development plans to hit the ground running in 2015, with a variety of new developments planned in Atlanta. Also planned for 2015 is a duplex in Reynoldstown. This modern-style semi-detached home will feature two units that have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms each. Located on Esten Street in Atlanta, these homes will offer open floor plans, modern features, spacious master suites and a one-car garage.

Situated between DeKalb Avenue and Memorial Drive, these two new Reynoldstown homes are close to historic Oakland Cemetery, Lang-Carson Park, a convenient Marta stop, and a variety of excellent dining opportunities.
