This week’s All about Real Estate edition of the Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio Show has Scott Eaves, director of sales and marketing for Epic Development, speaking with hosts Todd Schnick and Carol Morgan about his company’s newest projects around Atlanta.

Scott talks about how in-town homes are increasing in popularity. Because of this, Epic Development is making sure they focus this area with new projects. The most in demand homes lie along the Beltline including the Old Fourth Ward, Reynoldstown and Memorial Drive.

Epic Development will be building in Reynoldstown next year, but by the end of this year, they’ll begin their town home project in the Old Fourth Ward. This project will consist of 24 new town homes starting in the $300,000s. Those interested can visit the VIP website here.

Epic Development’s most recent completed project is The Water Tower Stacks in the Old Fourth Ward. This luxury town home community includes eight town homes and two single-family homes. The builder also has six homes in their Riverside Walk community in northwest Atlanta and is finishing construction on the last four.

One exciting new project Epic Development is working on is an impressive modern prairie-style home in Sandy Springs. This spacious house will be around twice the size of a normal prairie-style home and span more than 5,200 square feet of finished space. It will include three levels of living space, an open main level with a living room, kitchen and dining room, and a full basement.

This home also comes with a few unique features including two accordion-style doors that open the home to the level backyard. These doors open the entire wall of the living room to the many trees outside. There will be a covered patio off of the dining room and a patio off the terrace level that leads to space for a future pool for homeowners. This home should be available in the late summer.

Another single-family home under construction is located in the Old Fourth Ward on Morgan Street. This three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom home includes around 2,000 square feet of living space and will sell in the high $500,000s. Within walking distance to Ponce City Market, this home places buyers in a coveted area.

As a leading homebuilder in Atlanta, Epic Development continues to build outstanding homes and incredible communities that meet the needs of the people of Atlanta. As they’re known for their success in in-town projects, their upcoming projects are something for buyers to look forward to.
