The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council have announced the deadline for entries to the 2018 OBIE Awards. Presented to builders for their outstanding achievement in building, marketing, remodeling and personal achievement, the 38th Annual OBIE Awards offer the chance for Atlanta home builders to gain industry recognition, and attract personal opportunities.

The deadline to enter the OBIE Awards is April 13, 2018. The cost to enter the OBIE Awards is $300 per entry and $275 for three or more (use promo code OBIE3 when entering three or more categories). Community of the Year entries are $500 per entry.

This year, the OBIE Awards celebrates its 38th anniversary. The OBIE awards began in 1980 and have grown throughout the years to include more than 100 building, remodeling, marketing and personal achievement categories. The OBIE Awards are named after the obelisk shape of the actual award given.
